Detailed Itinerary:

Day 1 Fes  ➡Ifrane ➡Errachidia ➡Merzouga

Departing early from Fes, you will begin your ascent passing through Ifrane, a winter ski resort. You will visit the cedars forest in Azrou, see monkeys, and drive across the Middle Atlas Mountains. Most of the day will be spent winding your way through beautiful forests, springs, jagged rock faces, and Berber villages as you cross the Atlas Mountains and begin to descend towards the Sahara Desert. You will stop for lunch in the town of Midelt, famous for its fossils and rocks, before continuing towards Merzouga. Reaching Merzouga in the afternoon, you will stop for some mint tea before taking a camel ride  to the dunes of Erg Chebbi, where you can enjoy the beautiful sunset. After 2 hours of riding, you will reach the desert camp, where you will stay overnight in a Berber tent. After mint tea and a delicious dinner, you can enjoy the camp fire and traditional music of the Berbers.

Day 2 Merzouga ➡Rissani ➡Todra Gorges

Today it is absolutely worth getting up early to contemplate the most spectacular sunrise you have ever seen at the top of a dune close to the camp. You will then take a camel ride back to the hotel, where you can enjoy breakfast. Then head towards the gorges, stopping off at Rissani along the way, the town where the Alaouite Dynasty was established. Here you will see the historic monument of Sijilmasa, some of the many Kasbahs, the mausoleum of Moulay Ali Cherif, and the large souq. You will then continue passing through the Ziz Valley and walk through Todra Gorges, where you can admire the stunning rivers and mountains. You will have dinner and stay overnight at a charming hotel.

Day 3 Todra Gorges ➡ Dadès Gorges ➡ Ouarzazate

After breakfast you will walk around Todra Gorges before driving towards Ouarzazate  . You will stop for lunch at Dadès Gorges before reaching Ouarzazate in the afternoon. Explore the town, see the Kasbah of Taourirt, and visit the Atlas Studios, the largest and most famous film studio in all of Africa. You will then have dinner and stay overnight in Ouarzazate.

Day 4 Ouarzazate ➡Aït Benhaddou ➡Marrakech

After breakfast you will explore the rest of the town of Ouarzazate before visiting the historical Kasbah of Aït Benhaddou. From here you will head to Fint Oasis before travelling along the Tizi n'Tichka pass and stopping for lunch in a small village. You will then reach Marrakech in the late afternoon, where the tour ends.
